It is one of the biggest projects all over the world and a slat of development triangle in Egypt .. and there are some information about it :-

The project consist of a big hub port and transit center and international free zone involves industrial and services projects.

1. The project land separated into the following parts :-
   1. Central hub port (22.5 Km²).
   2. Free industrial area (81.6 Km2).
   3. International management area (8 Km2).
   4. Tourism international area (8 Km2).
2. The land's prices is (1 US$/m2).
3. Water Consumption rate is (0.20 US$/m3).
4. The custom's duties and taxes exemption for 20 years for all new projects.
5. The adjacency of the port from industrial zones in Port-Said, Ismailia, Suez, Kantara, Shark, Damietta, Tenth of Ramadan, Sixth of October.
6. The project lays on the Suez Canal southern gate where a big quantity of international trade trade cross it from west to east and east to west.
7. It is connected to most of near countries in Arabian Area and middle east area with an integrated transportation net.
8. The infrastructure subsistence like (transportation, water, electricity, communications ..... etc.).
