TRANSPORTATION.

You can reach the area through many pivots:
1. Through Port-Said / Port-Fouad ferry boat and so Port-Fouad / East Port-Said ferry boat which anchor on the southern limit of hub port and a tunnel should be established near of this area.

2. Through Quantara Charb / Quantara Shark ferry boat or bridge and north to East Port-Said project which far about 17 km from Quantara Shark.

3. Through Ismailia - El-Areish railway on El Ferdan Bridge to Quantara Shark and to East Port-Said.

4. From Sinai to El-Areish to Romanna and to East Port-Said about 70 km long.

WATER RESOURCES:

1. Temporary resource:

It is the near water purification station of Quantara Shark which produce 600 Liter/second. In the first stages of station's work there will be a surplus of its production and it will be used to supply East Port-Said area with water. The station is supplied with turbid water through undertaking pipes 700 m under Suez Canal bed which transfer 2000 l3/s about 17500 m3/s from Port-Said watercourse.

2. Continuous resource:
It is Nile river by establishing a continuous undertaking pipe on Nile river (Damietta Branch) near south of Farskour dam, and water will be pumped through main transportation pipes from El Adlia station to South East port-Said whereas water purification station which its production about:
- 200000 m3/day (first stage).
- 400000 m3/day (second stage).
- 600000 m3/day (third stage).(after six years).

3. Tourism area resource:
By desalination of seawater in a desalting station to serve the tourism area with 5000 m3 daily capacity.. By cooperation with FRANCE'S ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY.

SUGGESTED DEFLATION PROPOSAL.

As regarding to big suggested industrial deflation's water of the zone.. So, a big deflation net will be established consists of:
1. Descending's pipes net for deflation water and processing residual water after primary treatment to avoid harming net.
2. Pump station to pump collected water through dismissal pipes to treatment station.
3. The treatment station will works according to results of deflation water's analysis.

ELECTRICITY POWER.

The zone needs of electricity power, which must reach 40 megawatt to be increased according to 90 megawatt in first stage.. So, The project will establish:
- 3 switches stations can provide area by 125/66/220 megawatt (during 1 year)
- Steam generating station and seawater desalination will be establishes by FRANCE'S ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY (during two years).

COMMUNICATIONS.

- 4 wireless communications centers were established consists of 88 circles every circle has 12 telephone lines.
- Mobile Telephone network cover all the area.
- 4 communications center will be established during 18 months as follows:
· 1 in port area.
· 2 in industrial area.
· 1 in administrative and tourism area
