GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL INVESTORS (INDUSTRIAL - ECONOMICAL DEVELOPMENT):

• The investor offers his request to specialize the land area, which is suitable for his project to the committee in ministers council or to Port-Said Governorate which will relay it to the

   committee.

• The investor must offer a copy of his project documentation attached to his legal entity enclosed to his demand.

• After the committee acceptance the investor must go to Port-Said Governorate to sign the land specialization's contract and to receive the land area.

LAND PRICES SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

First: The industrial projects:

1. Land price is 1,47 US$/m2 to be paid on annual installs not less than 0,29 US$ yearly and the ownership can't be transferred before ten years or all land value payment.

2. The investor can sell and hire the land area if the under mentioned conditions was safe:

a) The activity must be started and production must appear in markets.
b) All land area's value payment

Second: The land economical development projects:

Land price is (1.47 US$/m2) to be paid on annual installs not less than 0.29 US$ year.
The investor can sell and hire the land area if the under mentioned conditions was saved:

a) All land area's value payment.
b) The economical project establishment and real operating.

Third:

If the investor keep one piece or more of land specialized for his projects economical development he must pay all land area's value according to lowest price for selling or hiring.

DOCUMENTS DEMANDED FROM INVESTOR:

First: Company Data:

1- Legal form of the company.
2- Board of directorate form.
3- Delegated member's name.
4- Legal consultant of the company.
5- Paid capital's share in a bank
