• Promotion for land development companies to sell the areas to industrial and commercial companies.

• The local trade and legal information supplying for International Companies which will be established and run it activities in the area, and all information for local companies too.

  After Establishment :

• The trade opportunities for industrial and commercial companies to import raw materials and needs to export its production.

• Promotion for factories and companies products.

• The linking between the Port and its services and the exporters and importers of all Egypt.

• International and local promotion of tourism area in the project.
